Job Description

Title: SAP FICO HANA Consultant

Location: Pan India (Hybrid)

Mode: Permanent with Nexucon

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and configuration of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
Implement and optimize COPA functionalities to provide detailed profitability analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FICO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
Develop functional specifications for custom reports and enhancements.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
Strong expertise in COPA, including both account-based and costing-based profitability analysis.
Proficient in configuring and supporting FICO modules and their integration points.
Experience with Material Ledger and Actual Costing in S/4HANA.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP certification in FICO and/or S/4HANA.
Experience in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, or consumer goods.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications and user experience enhancements.
