Description
You will be joining the implementation team in Ahmedabad as a Senior SAP FICO Consultant for a 6-month contract. Your main responsibility will be to analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and translate them into scalable SAP solutions. Your expertise in SAP FICO modules and end-to-end implementations will play a crucial role in configuring SAP systems for a smooth transition. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and understand AS-IS business processes, mapping them against standard SAP FICO functionalities - Identify gaps between business requirements and SAP standard capabilities, proposing suitable solutions - Prepare Business Process Procedures (BPP) and coordinate sign-offs with business and module leads - Configure SAP FICO modules based on the finalized design and review configuration documents - Prepare and validate Functional Specifications (FS) for custom developments and enhancements - Finalize and coordinate Migration Objects for data migration with relevant stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define Interface Functional Specifications and implement integrations - Support and document Unit Testing, including test case preparation and execution - Guide and support data migration, including methodology, mapping rules, technical validations, and completeness checks - Conduct and participate in Integration Testing across SAP modules - Prepare and deliver Key User Training sessions, along with creating detailed Training Manuals - Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and provide UAT support to ensure business readiness - Actively support and participate in Cutover activities to ensure a smooth transition to the new system Required Skills & Qualifications: - 6-8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant - Strong functional knowledge in FI (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Internal Orders, Profit Center, COPA) - Proven experience in at least 1-2 end-to-end SAP implementations - Expertise in preparing FS, BPP, UAT scripts, and training materials - Good understanding of data migration methodology and tools - Familiarity with integration points between SAP FICO and other modules (MM, SD, etc.) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with business users and technical teams - SAP Certification (preferred but not mandatory) Join us in our dynamic implementation team for the next 6 months and contribute your expertise in SAP FICO!
