Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Understand and align with the organization's vision, mission, and values.

Protect intellectual property and follow company policies and procedures.

Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP FICO modules.

Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide system-based solutions

Design, customize, configure, and test FI/CO modules.

Identify gaps, provide workarounds, and document functional designs, test cases, and results.

Act as a liaison between the business units and the technical team.

Assist in utilizing standard SAP functionalities to minimize customizations.

Conduct workshops to gather and understand business requirements.

Map client requirements to SAP solutions and develop necessary product modifications.

Provide ad-hoc user support and training as needed.
Investigate and resolve software issues reported by clients.
Prepare and maintain functional documentation.

Proactively identify business process or system enhancement opportunities.
Deliver strategic recommendations and insights based on research and experience.

Preferred candidate profile

2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation/support

Experience working with Indian companies and understanding of local business practices .

Strong analytical and documentation skills

Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

Demonstrated problem-solving ability and proactive approach

Good interpersonal and communication skills
