Job Description

SAP Financial Systems Analyst

This role requires close collaboration with global finance and business stakeholders to streamline financial operations, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and support integration activities during mergers and acquisitions. The position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic global environment while driving process excellence across financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, enhance, and support

    SAP FI/CO modules

    and related financial applications.
  • Manage

    incident resolution

    and

    change requests

    within SAP FICO and integrated systems.
  • Provide functional and technical support for

    SAP Concur

    ,

    Coupa

    , and other financial tools.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive

    technical documentation

    to ensure smooth knowledge transfer.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting finance operations.
  • Support

    month-end and year-end closing activities

    and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with finance and business teams to identify and implement

    process improvements

    in financial reporting and transactions.
  • Lead and support

    financial system integrations

    during mergers, acquisitions, and global rollouts.

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA (Finance), B.Com/M.Com, CA, or equivalent

    educational background.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience

    in

    SAP FICO

    , with at least

    3 years of hands-on experience in Controlling (CO)

    .
  • Proven expertise in

    Payments, EBS, COPA, APP, and Product Costing

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    SAP Incident & Change Management processes

    .
  • Demonstrated experience working with

    global clients

    in a

    multinational environment

    .
  • In-depth understanding of

    month-end and year-end closing

    procedures.
  • Excellent

    troubleshooting, configuration, and analytical skills

    .
  • Effective

    communication and stakeholder management

    abilities.
  • Strong

    problem-solving skills

    and ability to work under pressure in a

    fast-paced global environment

    .
