Job Description

Lead and manage SAP FI Accounting processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Financial Close
Drive end-to-end SAP FI implementations, rollouts, and upgrades
Gather business requirements and prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
Configure SAP FI modules and ensure integration with CO, MM, and SD
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
Handle statutory, tax, and audit requirements
Work on S/4HANA Finance conversions and simplification items
Coordinate with technical teams for RICEFW developments
Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior consultants
Act as a key point of contact for finance stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in SAP FI / Financial Accounting
Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, AA, and Bank Accounting
Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Finance (preferred)
Good understanding of financial reporting and compliance
Experience in SAP FI integration with CO, MM, and SD
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead discussions and drive solutions independently
