SAP FI & CO Architect

As an SAP FICO Architect at HCL Tech Lucknow, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP Financials and Controlling solutions within the organization. Your role will involve aligning financial processes with business objectives, ensuring efficient use of the SAP system, and facilitating integration with other modules and systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. - Configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems. - Providing expert guidance on SAP FICO best practices, configuration options, and system integrations. - Leading or participating in SAP FICO projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. - Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for solution design, configuration, and implementation processes. - Overseeing testing activities, providing support during go-live, and offering post-implementation support to users. - Mentoring junior consultants, providing training to end-users, and staying updated on the latest SAP FICO innovations and best practices. Key Skills and Qualifications required for this role include: - Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP FICO solutions. - Strong understanding of SAP FICO modules and their integration points. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other relevant technologies. - Proficiency in gathering and translating business requirements. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
