Role & responsibilities

SAP

Vendor Data Clearance.
Attended various training Programs with in Company Related to SAP & SPM.
Sending Request for Quotations of materials to Vendors.
Creating Purchase Order (PO) / Work Orders (WO) / Purchase Requisition Number (PR.No) / Annual Rate Contract (ARC) & complete all orders up to Final.
Issuing SCN No (Shipment Control Number) by reviewing all required Quality documents.
Registration of vendors with Company and maintaining their proper details with the company.
Follow up with the vendors regarding payment issues and orders issues.
Knowledge of Materials like FLANGES, GASKET, CIVIL, PIPES & FITTINGS.
Publishing Important Reports in the department as per requirement of the Purchase Managers/HODs within department. (TBO, TBD, PO Commitment, Pending Vendors payment etc.)
Arranging all IMPORTS related documents and sending it to respective Department For e.g.; EXIM Department, STORES Department, and ACCOUNTS Department.
Working in Logistic Department such as create PRV, Scrolling Invoice & follow up vendor payments to accounts team.
