SAP EWM Architect

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the overall architecture strategy, design, and roadmap for complex, multi-site deployments in the EWM domain. Your primary focus will be on owning the migration process from legacy SAP EWM decentralized systems to S/4HANA EWM decentralized systems. This includes ensuring alignment and optimization of data, processes, and integrations. As the SAP professional, you will drive solution governance to ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and integration standards. Collaboration with business stakeholders and supply chain leadership is essential to align warehouse solutions with evolving operational goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the architecture strategy, design, and roadmap for complex, multi-site deployments in the EWM domain - Own the migration process from legacy SAP EWM decentralized systems to S/4HANA EWM decentralized systems - Ensure alignment and optimization of data, processes, and integrations - Drive solution governance to ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and integration standards - Oversee and manage a team of EWM consultants, providing guidance for consistent delivery, mentoring, and skills development - Collaborate with business stakeholders and supply chain leadership to align warehouse solutions with evolving operational goals - Provide support for various EWM functions such as Inbound/Outbound logistics, Advanced RF and automation integration, Cross-docking, Kitting, VAS, MFS (Material Flow System), Yard and Labor Management - Coordinate end-to-end integration with SAP S/4HANA core modules, TM, and third-party systems - Lead architectural and design workshops, cutover planning, and hypercare support post go-live - Support pre-sales engagements, client workshops, and proposal development as needed Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of SAP experience, with a minimum of 10+ years specifically in SAP EWM, including decentralized architecture - Proven experience in leading and delivering large-scale EWM programs - Strong expertise in migrating decentralized EWM systems to S/4HANA EWM decentralized - Solid understanding of warehouse operations, automation, and logistics execution - Hands-on configuration and architecture experience in RF/UI5, Handling Units & Packing, Physical Inventory & Stock Management, Integration with PLC/WCS and third-party automation tools - Familiarity with ABAP debugging, functional spec writing, and custom enhancement design - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders - Experience in working with global stakeholders and delivering multi-country rollouts would be advantageous,
