As a director level executive at Capgemini, your role will involve leading SAP S/4 transformation Program(s) for clients. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of the transformation programs such as Greenfield implementation, Brownfield and Bluefield S/4 conversions, and Global S/4 Roll Outs. Your primary focus will be to drive and deliver key business KPIs related to revenue, profitability, and capability growth. Additionally, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining client relationships, providing consultation on SAP transformations, and expanding partnerships beyond SAP. Key Responsibilities: - Manage SAP S/4 Large transformation Program(s) including Greenfield implementation, Brownfield | Bluefield S/4 conversions, and Global S/4 Roll Outs. - Drive and deliver Business KPIs on revenue, profitability, and capability growth. - Develop and maintain client relationships, managing all aspects of engagements. - Consult and guide clients on SAP transformations in a bottom-up and top-down approach. - Build client partnerships beyond SAP, leveraging the success of SAP deliveries. - Build and develop talent across various capabilities and domains of SAP S/4. - Upskill and cross-skill employees to support new areas/capabilities within the domain. - Attract and hire talent using various sources and networks. Qualifications Required: - Must have managed global SAP Transformation Programs, ideally in S/4, end to end. - Strong functional or technical foundation in SAP. - Minimum of a couple of years of experience in a client-facing role at client sites. - Ability to engage with clients on in-depth S/4 conversions across project phases. - Ability to engage with client CXOs actively and drive client Steer Co Meetings. - Experience in building global program teams to manage transformation programs. - Exposure to Agile-centric SAP deliveries. - Ability to steer and provide direction to S/4 Transformation Programs. - Strong experience in people leadership roles.
