Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Monitor and manage tickets for back-office operations.
Implement and manage change management processes.
Analyze data to support process improvements and reporting.
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Provide support in a 24x7 operational environment.
Maintain proper documentation and reports.

Preferred candidate profile

4-6 years of experience in SAP or IT process consulting.
Skilled in change management, ticket monitoring, and data analysis.
Knowledge of ITIL and incident/request management.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Flexible to work partly remote and partly onsite in Bangalore.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field.
