SAP EC Consultant

As an experienced SAP EC (Employee Central) Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience, you will be joining our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be leading end-to-end implementation projects for SAP Employee Central, ensuring successful delivery of solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and design optimal solutions. Configuration and customization of SAP Employee Central according to business requirements will be a key aspect of your role. You will provide expertise in customizing SAP EC, including workflows, business rules, and data models. Additionally, you will work on integration projects involving SAP EC with other SAP modules and third-party applications, troubleshooting and resolving integration issues to ensure seamless data flow between systems. In terms of data migration, you will oversee activities to ensure accurate and secure transfer of HR data to SAP Employee Central. This will involve developing and executing data migration plans while addressing data quality and integrity. You will also conduct user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of SAP Employee Central features and provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing queries and issues in a timely manner. Staying updated on SAP EC best practices and industry trends will be crucial in your role, as you will be recommending improvements and enhancements. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in SAP EC configurations will also be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP EC Consultant. In-depth knowledge of the SAP Employee Central module, proven experience in end-to-end SAP EC implementations, strong configuration and customization skills, and experience in integrating SAP EC with other SAP modules and third-party applications are essential. A solid understanding of data migration principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and SAP EC certification are considered advantageous.
