Title: SAP DRC / CPI Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for SAP DRC and CPI modules, addressing user queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability.
- Work within ITSM frameworks, particularly with tools like ServiceNow, to streamline incident management, change requests, and service delivery processes.
- Actively contribute to SAP projects, including design, implementation, and optimization phases, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather project requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SAP support and project environments, specifically with DRC and CPI modules.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC), Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SAP S4 Hana.
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience in project planning and execution.
- Experience with ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow, for effective incident and change management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements and evolving support needs.
- Proficiency in ABAP programming is a plus
