As a member of the business application consulting team at PwC, you will analyze client requirements, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Your role will specifically focus on SAP data and analytics, where you will be responsible for analyzing client needs, designing and implementing data management and analytics solutions, and providing training and support to ensure effective utilization of SAP technologies. Your contributions to driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring future leaders will be critical in fostering a positive working environment and enhancing client satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** - Leading the development and execution of data migration strategies - Setting the strategic direction for the SAP Data and Analytics team - Driving business development initiatives and identifying growth opportunities - Making impactful decisions and managing multiple projects simultaneously - Maintaining and enhancing executive-level client relationships - Mentoring and developing future leaders within the team - Fostering a positive and productive working environment - Delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction **Minimum Requirements:** - Bachelor's Degree - 16 years of experience **Preferred Qualifications:** - Thought leader-level SAP Data Migration technical experience - Proficiency in SAP ETL Tools (BODS/ADM/ADMM) with advanced SQL skills - Working knowledge of SAP S4/ECC/ABAP - Experience in 5 or more End-to-End Implementations in SAP - Knowledge of SAP data dependencies across functional domains - Proficiency in SAP MDG for data governance, SAP Datasphere, SAC for Data Analytics - Designing ETL jobs, executing load programs, and utilizing Data Quality module of Data Services - Understanding of SAP Data Services (BODS) and SAP Syniti ADM/ADMM - Defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, and designing prototypes - Experience in technology-enabled business solutions implementation - Strong communication, relationship-management, problem-solving, and leadership skills - Ability to manage and mentor teams effectively **Qualifications:** - Minimum Graduate degree,
