• Manage

  SAP SD module operations

  , covering both functional and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with other SAP module consultants for seamless cross-module and non-SAP integrations.
• Support day-to-day operations through

  incident handling, ticket resolution, and SLA adherence

  (ITIL-based).
• Configure SAP SD processes in alignment with evolving business and market needs.
• Provide

  design specifications

  and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments.
• Maintain

  functional documentation

  , including AS-IS and TO-BE processes.
• Prepare

  test cases, user manuals

  , and execute unit, integration, and system security testing.
• Deliver

  post-go-live support

  and collaborate with clients through meetings, calls, and workshops.
• Continuously propose

  process improvements

  to enhance SAP SD operations.

What should you bring along

• SAP

  Certification in SD

  .
• Minimum

  6+ years of advanced functional experience

  in SAP SD.
• Strong knowledge of

  Agile methodology

  with experience using

  Confluence and Jira

  .
• Experience with

  test management tools

  such as

  Jira X-Ray

  .
• Hands-on background in

  ITIL-based operations

  with SLA-driven delivery.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills in complex SAP landscapes.

Must have technical skill

• SAP SD (R/3) Functional

  with

  entry-level debugging capability

  .
• Advanced expertise in

  SAP SD module configuration

  and integration with other systems.
• Strong

  debugging skills

  for issue resolution.
• Hands-on experience in

  unit, integration, and security testing

  .
• Ability to create and maintain

  functional and development documentation

  .
• Practical knowledge of analysing and resolving

  live SAP SD operational issues

Good to have technical skills

• Knowledge of

  SAP ABAP and Modelling

• Exposure to

  SAP FI / FICO (R/3)

• Hands-on experience with

  SAP Solution Manager

• Strong communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
