Job Description

Position Title: SAP Datasphere / BW Lead

Position Type: Regular - Full-Time

Position Location: Gurgaon

Experience Required:

14+ years
in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Datasphere
Experience of multiple
full-cycle implementations
in SAP Datasphere
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), BW Bridge, and SAP HANA source systems

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Delivery

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions using SAP Datasphere and BW/4HANA
Design and implement integrated analytics solutions, including data models, flows, and reporting structures
Create remote tables, graphical views, and analytical models for SAC stories and dashboards

Technical Leadership

Lead end-to-end development of data warehousing and ETL processes
Optimize performance and ensure high availability of SAP Datasphere environments
Provide hands-on support for SAC story creation, data transformation, and live data integration

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing expectations and delivering high-impact solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support pre-sales activities when needed

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

Work within multi-resource projects and mentor junior consultants
Proactively report status and escalate issues as needed

Proficiency in
