SAP Data Quality Lead

The purpose of this role is to provide solutions and bridge the gap between technology and business know-how to deliver client solutions. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise. This includes driving the end-to-end process for new business implementation projects, checking the feasibility of new change requirements, and providing optimal solutions to clients with clear timelines. Additionally, you will provide techno-functional solution support for all new business implementations while building the entire system from scratch. You will support the solutioning team from architectural design, coding, testing, and implementation. It is essential to understand both the functional design and technical design/architecture to be implemented on the ERP system. Your responsibilities will also include customizing, extending, modifying, localizing, or integrating existing products through coding, testing, and production. Implementing business processes, requirements, and underlying ERP technology to translate them into ERP solutions will be a key aspect of this role. Furthermore, you will write code following developmental standards to decide upon the implementation methodology. Providing product support and maintenance to clients for a specific ERP solution, resolving day-to-day queries/technical problems, and creating/deploying automation tools/solutions for process optimization and increased efficiency are critical tasks. You will act as a bridge between technical and functional project requirements, offering solutioning/advice to clients or internal teams accordingly. Support to on-site managers with necessary details regarding any change and off-site support will also be required. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will focus on skill upgradation and competency building. This includes clearing Wipro exams and internal certifications, attending trainings and seminars to enhance knowledge in the functional/technical domain, and writing papers, articles, case studies, and publishing them on the intranet. Your performance will be evaluated based on various parameters, including contribution to customer projects (quality, SLA, ETA, tickets resolved, problem solved, change requests implemented, customer escalations, CSAT), automation (process optimization, reduction in steps/tickets), and skill upgradation (# of trainings/certifications completed, papers/articles written).
