Job Description - SAP Customer Relationship Officer

  • Position

    : SAP Customer Relationship Officer
  • Location

    : Delhi NCR
  • Department

    : Customer Service / Operations
  • Reports to

    : Plant Manager (Client)
  • Working Window

    : Night Shit, 6:30 pm to 6:30 am, Monday to Saturday (5 days working)

Role Summary

  • Graduate (preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field).
  • 25 years of experience in Customer Service with SAP Operations.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing/industrial/SAP-based environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive quotation requests from customers via email.
  • Create, edit, and manage quotations in SAP using SAP t-codes:
  • Communicate pricing, exceptions, and clarifications back to customers within the defined SLA (Response Time).

2. Sales Order Creation

  • Convert approved quotations into Sales Orders when PO is received.
  • Create SOs with or without reference to quotation using SAP t-codes.
  • Send sales order confirmations to customers within the defined SLA (Response Time).

3. Inbound Logistics & Customer Order Coordinator (Material Receiving & Traceability)

  • Confirmation of receipt to customers when customer materials arrive onsite within the defined SLA (Response Time).
  • Receive materials using:
    • SAP mobile/web barcode application
    • SAP GUI

  • Maintain receiving logs and sending daily receipt summaries in the day beginning for previous day.

4. Production Process Tracking

  • Communicating daily production status reports to customers and providing production schedule.
  • Record & update batch status in SAP via web applications.
  • Monitor material status categories. (Normal, Hold with reason and Bare reject)

5. Dispatch & Shipping Communication

  • Release finished goods for outbound delivery status and share shipping documents.
  • Use SAP shipping t-codes:

6. Reporting

  • Generate and share daily reports to all customers with active orders with
    • Orders Status & Delivery Schedule
    • Material receipt status and completion / dispatch schedule

  • Maintain audit-ready reports of every action.

Success Indicators (KPIs)

  • 100% accuracy in quotations and sales order data in SAP.
  • Zero pipeline/batch traceability gaps.
  • On-time reporting and shipping document generation.
  • SLA adherence for customer communication and document turnaround.
