Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled SAP CRM Technical Consultant with extensive experience in CRM ABAP, CRM Web UI, S/4 CRM, or Fiori/UI5. The ideal candidate should have strong functional acumen and hands-on technical expertise, with 6-12 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Implement and configure CRM solutions using SAP ABAP OO CRM, CRM WEB UI framework, Hybris Billing ODI framework, and Provider Order & Contract knowledge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement CRM integrations with other billing modules and CRM middleware via various integration technologies.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for CRM implementations and configurations.
Provide training and support to end-users on CRM applications and functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM implementation and configuration.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.

Job Requirements

Strong coding and debugging skills are required, along with experience working on full life cycle implementations of SOM(CRM) assignments.
Experience with ODI enhancement and modification is desirable, as well as knowledge of SOM API, BTMF, UBB Change Process, and CRM integration to CI and CC.
Working knowledge of at least one order fulfillment and distribution process, product modeling, billing, provider contracts, contract change requests, and disputes is necessary.
Knowledge of CRM UI concepts, including screen configuration, layouts, business roles, and other relevant concepts, is essential.
Must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A strong understanding of CRM integration with other billing modules and CRM middleware via various integration technologies is expected.
