Role Description SAP CRM Solution Architect

You will be a key member of the Global Customer Experience Centre of Excellence You will be involved in all aspects of a project lifecycle from presales through prototyping scoping design and implementation Depending upon the size of the project you may be asked to manage a team of more junior consultants

Educational Qualifications
Degree level or higher

Skills and Experience

Mandatory
13 to 15 years of SAP CRM experience At least 3 to 4 full life cycle CRM projects Design to Go Live and should have played Architect role on at least 2 CRM or C4C projects Strong architectural leadership on CRM solutions Should be able to independently run business workshops drive functional discussions and recommend solution Deep understanding of end to end business processes including but not limited to Lead to Cash Customer Service Warranty Management and Repair etc Experience and involvement in scoping analysis design development customizations and implementation of SAP CRM solution especially Sales and Service Can solution design configure and demo CRM Sales Service scenarios This should include both standard capability as well as all types of extensions Detailed understanding of CRM master data and transactional processes for Sales and Service scenarios Good understanding of CRM to ECCS4HANA integration scenarios from a design implementation and debug perspective when something goes wrong Understanding of OData and web services Excellent written and verbal communication skills as this role will entail regular engagement either face to face or via remote technology with clients and Mindtree teams Experience of working in agile environments

Experience of Trade Promotions Management TPM Exposure to CRM development Experience with SAP C4C
