Mandatory Skills & Experience

• SAP CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)

  :
• End-to-end implementation and support experience in

  SAP CPQ

  .
• Strong expertise in

  product configuration, pricing models, discounting, approval workflows, and quotation generation

  .
• Hands-on with

  CPQ rule framework

  (eligibility rules, pricing rules, workflow rules).
• Integration of CPQ with

  SAP C4C

  and

  S/4HANA/ERP

  for pricing, customer data, and order management.
• Ability to design and optimize complex

  quoting and pricing scenarios

  .

• SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer)

  :
• Solid implementation experience in

  Sales and Service processes

  .
• Configuration and customization of

  C4C Sales functionalities

  : Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Activities, Leads, and Sales Quotes.
• Integration knowledge with

  SAP CPQ

  and backend systems (ERP/S4HANA).
• Experience in

  workflows, approvals, and user role management

  in C4C.

• Project Experience

  :
• At least

  23 full lifecycle implementations

  involving CPQ and C4C integration.
• Strong requirement gathering, business process mapping, and fit-gap analysis skills.
  
• Conduct workshops, create functional specifications, and test end-to-end processes.
  
• Ensure solutions follow

  industry best practices

  and

  SAP Cloud guidelines

  .

Responsibilities

• Lead or support

  end-to-end implementation

  of SAP CPQ integrated with C4C.
• Analyze client requirements and translate them into

  functional/technical designs

  .
• Configure

  product catalogs, pricing strategies, and discounting rules

  in SAP CPQ.
• Set up

  quotation workflows

  and approval processes.
• Configure

  Sales Quote and Opportunity Management

  in C4C.
• Collaborate with

  technical teams

  for integrations (CPI/PI, APIs, etc.).
• Conduct

  unit testing, SIT, UAT

  and support go-live activities.
• Provide

  post-implementation support

  and resolve critical issues.
• Train business users and create documentation (process flows, test scripts, configuration guides).
  

Good to Have / Secondary Skills

• Experience with

  SAP Sales Cloud (C4C + CPQ + Commerce)

  end-to-end flows.
• Knowledge of

  Subscription Billing, Contract Management

  .
• Familiarity with

  SAP Commerce (Hybris)

  and

  SAP Billing & Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM)

  .
• Understanding of

  integration tools

  (SAP CPI, APIs, middleware).
• SAP

  Cloud Certifications

  in CPQ or C4C.
