As the SAP Integration Suite Manager, you play a crucial role in defining and overseeing the implementation of comprehensive integration architectures within the organization. You will collaborate closely with senior management, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure that integration solutions align with business goals and technology strategies. - Provide technical leadership by guiding the integration team in designing and implementing complex integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite. - Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and ensure adherence to best practices and standards on all projects. - Architect end-to-end integration solutions that are scalable, robust, and compliant with enterprise standards. - Develop detailed technical specifications and design documents for integration projects to ensure alignment with business requirements. - Design and develop integration flows, mappings, and custom scripts using Groovy and Java. - Configure and manage integration adapters and connectors to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems. - Conduct performance testing and optimization of integration solutions to meet or exceed performance benchmarks. - Implement monitoring and alert systems to proactively identify and resolve integration issues. - Troubleshoot complex integration issues, collaborate with support teams for issue resolution, and implement continuous improvements within the integration landscape. - Stay updated with the latest SAP integration technologies, trends, and best practices to drive technical capabilities and efficiency enhancements within the team. - Ensure all integration solutions are well-documented and compliant with internal and external standards, regulations, and security protocols. - Extensive experience in SAP integration technologies. - Proficiency in Java, Groovy, SOAP, REST, and other relevant scripting languages. - Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.,
