SAP Consultant

As a SAP Techno-Functional Transformation Consultant at EXA AG & SNP Group, you will be an integral part of our team, focusing on delivering exceptional data transformation services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to support clients in transitioning from ECC to S/4HANA by utilizing your technical (ABAP) and functional expertise in SAP modules. You will participate in end-to-end data transformation projects, utilizing SNP's CrystalBridge platform to streamline data migration and transformation processes. Your role will involve conducting detailed analysis of existing ECC systems to identify data inconsistencies and migration challenges, followed by developing and executing data cleansing, mapping, and migration strategies. In addition, you will leverage your combined ABAP and functional module expertise to design and implement custom solutions, develop and modify ABAP programs to support data extraction, transformation, and loading processes, and configure SAP modules to meet client-specific requirements. Troubleshooting technical and functional issues during the transformation process will also be a part of your responsibilities. Client interaction and communication are key aspects of this role, as you will collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate the capabilities of the CrystalBridge platform, and provide regular updates and progress reports to project managers and stakeholders. Maintaining clear documentation of all development and configuration processes is essential. Furthermore, you will undergo comprehensive training on the CrystalBridge platform, apply your knowledge effectively to data transformation projects, and stay updated on the latest features and enhancements. Team collaboration is encouraged, and you will work closely with other consultants, developers, and project managers to ensure project success, sharing knowledge and best practices with team members. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP implementation and/or data transformation projects. Strong understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA architecture and functionalities, proficiency in ABAP development, and in-depth functional knowledge of SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO, PS, EWM are required. Experience with data migration tools and methodologies, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and fluency in English (written and spoken) are also necessary. Experience with the SNP CrystalBridge platform and SAP S/4HANA certification are desirable.
