An SAP FSM Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the SAP Field Service Management module to streamline field operations. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to ensure that FSM solutions align with business goals and deliver operational efficiency.
Implement and customize SAP FSM modules including planning, scheduling, dispatching, mobile setup, and workflow definitions.
Gather and analyze business requirements to design FSM solutions.
Configure FSM UI, business rules, templates, and service flows.
Manage data synchronization and troubleshoot integration issues across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Service Cloud v2, and other systems.
Configure and manage Crowd Portal features (partner onboarding, contractor management, job tracking).
Develop and execute test plans; ensure system reliability and performance.
Provide training and support to users; lead workshops and documentation efforts.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy policies.
Participate in Agile/Scrum project methodologies using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Deep expertise in SAP FSM configuration and mobile enablement.
Strong understanding of integration architecture (SAP FSM, S/4HANA, SAP Service Cloud v2).
Experience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, REST/OData APIs.
Functional knowledge of service processes (Service Orders, Notifications, Workforce Management).
Analytical and problem-solving skills;ability to debug and resolve issues.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
47 years of experience in SAP FSM consulting.
SAP FSM certification or relevant SAP Service certifications (preferred).
Experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP FSM implementation projects.
