Elevators/Escalators

1. Senior SAP FICO Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, and support activities within the Elevator/Manufacturing industry landscape.

Configure and manage Material Ledger (ML) including setup of currency types, valuation areas, and actual costing processes.

Drive Actual Costing cycles, month-end close activities, cost rollups, and variance analysis.

Implement and optimize Individual Stock Valuation for make-to-order and engineer-to-order scenarios.

Support Variant Costing, cost estimates, and integration with Sales, Production, and Procurement (SD/MM/PP) processes.

Conduct root-cause analysis for costing discrepancies, ML issues, and valuation errors and ensure resolution.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of FICO with MM, SD, PP, and PM modules.

Prepare detailed functional specifications, testing scenarios, and documentation for new developments or enhancements.

Provide expert guidance during financial closing, audits, and compliance-related activities.

Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer within the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

812+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant in the Elevator/Manufacturing industry.

Strong hands-on experience in SAP Material Ledger (ML) including Actual Costing and multi-level price determination.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to S/4HANA, Universal Journal, and Material Ledger advancements in S/4.

Experience in Elevator industry costing models (e.g., cabin, components, drives, installation).

SAP Certification in FICO or CO-PC modules.

2. Senior SAP SD/PS Consultant

Key Requirements:

Senior SAP Consultant to lead and implement integrated SD (Sales Orders, Requirement Release), PS (Project Systems), and complex VC (Variant Configuration) solutions.

Mandatory: 10+ years SAP implementation experience in the Elevator/Lift Manufacturing Industry.

Expertise in SD/PS Integration and Assembly Processing for Engineer-to-Order (ETO) scenarios.

Deep knowledge of Variant Configuration modeling and integration with Sales/Production.

3. SAP PP/MM Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Configure and maintain SAP PP/MM processes for elevator manufacturing.

Develop and manage Super BOMs and handle Order BOM explosion for configurable products.

Support ECN management, material master updates, and production planning activities.

Implement configurable purchase logic and manage ASN for inbound logistics.

Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to support elevator-specific product configurations.

Ensure accurate integration of PP/MM with other SAP modules.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP/MM with Variant Configuration (VC).

Knowledge of Super BOM, Order BOM explosion, ECN, ASN, and configurable procurement.

Experience in the Elevator Industry

Good analytical and communication skills.
