Experience in handling at least 2 full End-to-End SuccessFactors Compensation cycle and variable pay. Resource should have strong knowledge on SF Compensation functionalities.
Design knowledge of SF compensation Functionality Short Term incentive, Long Term incentive Plan Merit for Salaried, Union/Non-Union employees under Collective Agreements, SF Compensation Statement and BIZX reporting tool utilizing ORD, Reporting Analytics
Work with Launch forms, route forms
