Job Description

Role Summary

SAP Concur Developer with strong integration experience

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP Concur Configuration & Development

Configure and support
SAP Concur Travel, Expense, Invoice
, and related modules.
Implement functional enhancements including policies, audit rules, workflows, approval processes, and UI configurations.
Manage Concur Administration tasks including user profiles, roles, cost objects, and system settings.

2. Integration Design & Implementation

Develop and maintain integrations between SAP Concur and:
SAP ECC or
SAP S/4HANA
HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, ADP, etc.)
Financial and cost allocation systems
Work with
Concur APIs, Web Services (REST/SOAP), SFTP
, and
flat-file interfaces
.
Utilize integration middleware such as
SAP CPI/CI, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, PI/PO
, or similar platforms.
Troubleshoot integration failures, mapping issues, and data inconsistencies.

3. Technical Support & Issue Resolution

Serve as the technical point-of-contact for Concur system issues.
Monitor scheduled jobs, interface logs, and troubleshooting tickets.
Coordinate with SAP Concur support and internal IT for escalations.
