Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and communicate requirement, design, and priority changes.
Facilitate and manage defect tracking and prioritization.
Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather use cases, functional, and technical requirements.
Analyze, evaluate, and document SAP Commerce system requirements aligned with business objectives.
Develop user requirements, functional and technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and proactively communicate risks.
Collaborate with project delivery teams to resolve business and system issues.
Provide system demonstrations and end-user training.
Develop test plans, write manual/automated test scripts, and define acceptance criteria (project dependent).

Required Skills & Experience:

7+ years of overall IT Business Analysis experience.
Minimum 3 years of eCommerce Business Analysis experience.
Strong background in SAP Commerce / eCommerce domain.
Understanding of commerce data structures and product catalog management.
Experience working in a global delivery model.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Bachelors degree required.
