The opportunity
In this position, you are part of the Finance GBS Team and work closely with the Internal GBS team, Global Controlling / Finance directors, Finance Leads, Supply chain team and CFOs as well as with other GBS partners
How you ll spend your day
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and provide SAP solutions to meet their requirements
- Configure and implement SAP CO modules and solutions, (Cost Center accounting / Profit Center Accounting / Internal Order/product costing, Material ledger) and other SAP modules FI PP MM SD.
- Perform testing (UAT/UNIT/REGRESSION) and training sessions
- SAP implementation / migration
- Participate in project meetings and give regular updates to project stakeholders
- Center of excellence (COE) for SAP solutions
- Develop, implement and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets
- Instrumental in implementation of RPA solutions & BOTs
- Assessing the businesss current software and IT structure to determine its strengths, potential areas of improvement and possible integrations
- Preparing reports or delivering presentations about their recommended SAP implementations or modifications
- Ensure smooth and on-time completion of project deliverables within the decided scope
- Analyse and document business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Provide technical support, training and troubleshooting to end-users for SAP
- Stay up to date with the latest SAP technologies, tools and best practices
Your experience and qualifications
- Bachelor degree, Information Technology or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP solutions
- Relevant certifications like SAP Certified Technology Associate and SAP Certified Development Associate
- Strong knowledge of SAP CO modules - Cost Center accounting / Profit Center Accounting / Internal Order/product costing, Material ledger- is must
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work individually and collaborate with internal & global teams
- Interface knowledge with SAP and Non-SAP systems
- Aware of the latest SAP technologies, tools, and best practices
- Proven track record of implementing and supporting SAP solutions with excellent knowledge of business processes and best practices in their industry
- You will be responsible for understanding business requirements, documenting requirements and providing solutions
