The Finance Business Analysis team is looking for an experienced, empowered, agile and tenacious business systems analyst to help expand the team's area of responsibility within the global finance organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, comprehend, model and document requirements.
• Gather and consolidate input from multiple business stakeholders, acting as a liaison and guiding the development team with clear direction.
• Contribute to solutioning, create user stories and requirements documents, models and mockups to facilitate feature development.
• Facilitate conversations with stakeholders to drive adoption of solutions.
• Be involved in all stages of the SDLC process to ensure solutions meet stakeholder requirements and expectations.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of Business System Analysis experience in the Finance space.
• Must have skills:
• Excellent communication skills - will need to be in constant communication with high level finance and Business stakeholders in US and Europe.
• Excellent problem solving skills - proven ability to independently take on, investigate and solution a problem statement working with Business stakeholders, data and technical resources. Gather data and opinions, organize and propose best options.
• Advanced Excel and Data analytics - Ability to find use and summarize data to prove out assumptions and proposals.

• Mandatory

• Experience working with ERPs - SAP
• Basic SQL
• Knowledge of SCRUM / Agile
• Knowledge of O2C, P2P and R2R processes and relevant experience in delivering technical solutions in these areas.
• Experience with the following ERP platforms a strong plus:
• SAP S/4HANA
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Expert knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent Communication skills - experience and ability to elicit requirements for senior level stakeholders and ability to transform and communicate them to development team.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Experience performing business process re-engineering and transformations is a plus.
• Experience with SCRUM/AGILE
