Role: SAP Business Process Automation (BPA) Consultant / Specialist

Experience:

As an SAP Business Process Automation (BPA) Consultant at Protiviti India, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and automating critical business processes within SAP environments for our diverse clients. You will leverage your expertise in SAP BPA to identify automation opportunities, design solutions, and drive value realization through digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business process discovery and analysis (As-Is/To-Be mapping) for automation opportunities, specifically within SAP and integrated systems like Ariba.
  
• Perform effort estimation, feasibility assessment, and ROI analysis for potential SAP BPA initiatives.
  
• Design and optimize automation solutions for various SAP processes, such as Procure-to-Pay (PR to PO) and Inventory Reconciliation.
  
• Develop detailed business analytical documentation (e.g., BRD, PDD) for SAP BPA implementations.
  
• Track requirements and manage scope throughout the automation lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and successful deployment of SAP BPA solutions.
  
• Potentially utilize process mining and task mining techniques to discover and refine automation opportunities within SAP landscapes.
  

Criteria:

• 4-6 years of progressive experience in Business Process Automation, with a strong specialization in SAP Business Process Automation (BPA).
  
• Proven experience in process discovery, As-Is/To-Be mapping, and requirement tracking for automation projects.
  
• Hands-on experience in designing and optimizing automation solutions for SAP modules/processes (e.g., PR to PO, Inventory Reconciliation).
  
• Familiarity with SAP Intelligent RPA or similar SAP automation tools.
  
• Ability to perform feasibility assessment, effort estimation, and ROI analysis for automation initiatives.
  
• Strong documentation skills (BRD, PDD) and understanding of the automation lifecycle within an enterprise context.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proven ability to interact with various teams and stakeholders.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  
• Experience with process mining and task mining for automation opportunity identification is a plus.
