SAP BTP Professional

• We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Functional Consultant to join our supply chain team
• The ideal candidate will be a specialist in designing, configuring, and implementing SAP IBP solutions to optimize and integrate supply chain planning processes
• This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and a proven ability to translate complex business requirements into effective, scalable SAP IBP solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in full-lifecycle SAP IBP implementation projects, from business blueprinting and requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support
• Serve as a subject matter expert for multiple SAP IBP modules, including Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and Control Tower
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand current processes and design future-state solutions within the SAP IBP framework
• Configure and customize the SAP IBP system, including master data types, planning areas, key figures, and attributes to meet specific business needs
• Design and implement integration solutions between SAP IBP and other core systems like SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC using tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Create detailed documentation, including solution designs, functional specifications, and user training materials
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues, working closely with both business and technical teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience as an SAP IBP Functional Consultant with at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in implementation projects
• In-depth, hands-on knowledge of SAP IBP configuration and its core modules
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes
• Experience with integration technologies, specifically SAP CPI or SAP PI/PO
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and influence stakeholders
• Preferred Skills SAP certification in an SAP IBP module
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain or SAP APO
• Familiarity with agile and hybrid project methodologies
• Knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques and demand sensing
