Position: SAP BO Developer
Department: BPCE ES IT Experience Required: 58 Years Work Mode: Regular Shift Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP BO Developer to join our BPCE ES IT team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP BusinessObjects, SQL/PL-SQL, and data warehousing, with proven expertise in developing and optimizing BI solutions This role requires hands-on technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality reporting solutions, Main Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain data warehousing and reporting solutions, Work with SAP BOBI 43 tools (UDT, IDT, Web Intelligence, CMC, Promotion Management) to create and manage BO universes and reports, Perform universe conversions (UNV to UNX) and ensure report accuracy post-conversion, Develop Web Intelligence reports using multiple universes and complex queries, Conduct data analysis, design data models, and optimize report and query performance, Manage and monitor schedules for report execution and delivery, Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions, Troubleshoot complex reporting issues independently and ensure timely resolution, Ensure compliance with RDBMS principles, data modeling best practices, and data security standards, Key Requirements SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO) UDT, IDT, Web Intelligence, CMC, Strong SQL and PL-SQL development skills (Oracle & PostgreSQL), Minimum 5 yearsexperience in Data Warehousing & BI, Expertise in universe design, migration, and optimization, Strong proficiency in writing and tuning SQL queries, Nice to Have ETL Tools: IBM DataStage, Informatica, Power BI (Desktop, Server, Cloud) model building, data analysis, Unix shell scripting, Experience in finance or banking domain (Asset Finance / Equipment Finance / Leasing), Other Details This position offers a regular shift work mode and is suitable for candidates with substantial experience in data analysis and BI solutions,
