"Job Duties: The SAP BO and Crystal Reports Administrator will manage and maintain the BusinessObjects environment to ensure reliable and secure delivery of business intelligence reports. This role focuses on administration, report development, and integration within the broader data and analytics ecosystem.

Responsibilities

1. Administer and maintain SAP BusinessObjects (BO) servers, including installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
2. Manage Crystal Reports, Web Intelligence (WebI), and Universe design.3. Develop, schedule, and optimize BI reports and dashboards.4. Ensure report data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources (Informatica, Databricks, Power BI).5. Integrate BO with enterprise authentication systems (e.g., Azure AD, LDAP).6. Perform user management, security setup, and role-based access controls.7. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot BI/reporting issues.8. Implement backup, recovery, and version control procedures.9. Collaborate with data engineering and governance teams for metadata consistency and alignment.10. Support migration of legacy BO/Crystal content to modern cloud BI tools where applicable.

Minimum Skills Required:

1. Bachelor's degree (Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication/ Information Science/Telecommunications)
2. 8+ years of experience with SAP BusinessObjects Administration and Crystal Reports development3. Domain experience in banking, finance is an added advantage4. Experience working in Agile development environments. Critical thinking and good problem-solver5. Expertise in BOE architecture, CMS, and promotion management6. Proficiency in SQL and data source connectivity (Oracle, SQL Server, Databricks)7. Experience with scheduling tools (BO Scheduler, Control-M, etc.)8. Familiarity with Azure or hybrid cloud environments and BI modernization projects9. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills10. Excellent documentation and communication skills"
