We are looking for a skilled Integration Lead with 3 to 7 years of experience to work on various cloud implementation projects for our customers across the globe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP BW development lifecycle from design through implementation and production support. ### Roles and Responsibility Contribute to technical streams of cloud implementation projects as a team leader. Interface and communicate with onsite coordinators to ensure seamless project execution. Plan and monitor project deliverables, ensuring timely completion and quality standards. Mentor the project team in executing identified projects, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development. Regularly report status to the Manager and onsite coordinators, providing transparency and accountability. Interface with customer representatives when needed, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to customer locations as required. ### Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BW development lifecycle from design through implementation and production support. Proficient in SAP BI/BW Back-end development, configuration, testing, and pre-production support. Experience in designing, developing, and supporting custom BW objects using BW LSA (Layered Scalable Architecture). Knowledge of SAP BW on HANA system architecture design and performance optimization. Ability to create transformations, routines, formulas, and DTPs, and develop/maintain data loads and functions. Strong understanding of BEx queries in SAP BW Data Warehouse based on reporting requirements. Responsible for performance tuning of BW systems utilizing best practices. Support Business Objects reports in production and new report development. Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions for production and development issues.
