SAP Basis Team Lead

You will be joining as a SAP Basis Team Lead in a full-time capacity with 10-12 years of experience. The role is based in Mumbai, Pune, and Noida, with general shifts covering a portion of EST hours. Your responsibilities will include project management, stakeholder collaboration, technical excellence, team leadership, mentorship, risk management, strategic planning, and quality assurance among others. Key areas of expertise required for this role include SAP Basis, Team Lead, Operations/ Support/ L3, Handling Team members. You should possess PMP Certification and have experience in managing cross-functional teams, resource management, change management, and process standardization. Additionally, you should have a strong technical background and soft skills, along with experience in handling large teams of 20+ members. Your role will involve working on major support projects, ECC, and other SAP landscape systems, as well as Oracle and HANA DB. Experience in automation tools like LAMA, knowledge of Solman & Automation, and participation in DR setups and drills will be essential. Effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and performance optimization are also key requirements for this position.,
