Job Description

We are looking for a skilled SAP Basis Senior Consultant with strong work experience in designing, sizing, building, and running SAP Intelligent Suite Systems on Hybrid Environments (IaaS & PaaS). The ideal candidate should have between 5 to 10 years of experience. This position is located in Bengaluru.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with functional experts to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
Manage end-to-end planning, preparation, and execution of implementation and migration of SAP ERP/S/4HANA systems.
Lead SAP system upgrades, Unicode conversions, and OS/DB migrations using SUM with DMO.
Perform end-to-end planning and execution of downtime-optimized upgrades and conversions.
Optimize resource utilization and manage risks during complex technical cutovers.
Design and implement business continuity solutions such as clustering, HA/DR failover solutions for SAP landscapes.
Manage BTP subaccounts, entitlements, and service instances, setting up and configuring SAP Cloud Connector and connectivity to on-premise systems.
Coordinate with developers to deploy apps and services via BTP CLI and CF commands, configuring and managing SAP BTP role collections, trust configuration, and Identity Provider (IdP) integrations (IAS/IPS).
Define and assign access using Cloud Foundry roles, entitlements, and subaccount security structures, understanding the architecture and deployment model of SAP-managed private cloud.
Collaborate with SAP support and infrastructure teams for provisioning, patching, and scaling SAP systems, configuring and managing network access for SAP systems.
Manage SAP system deployments and administration on AWS, Azure, or GCP, collaborating with cloud architects to design high-availability, scalable SAP landscapes.
Set up and monitor cloud-native services such as load balancers, VMs, storage, networking, and backups.
Lead SAP system upgrades, Unicode conversions, and OS/DB migrations using SUM with DMO, performing end-to-end planning and execution of downtime-optimized upgrades and conversions.
Optimize resource utilization and manage risks during complex technical cutovers.

Job Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and client-facing experience.
Team collaboration and stakeholder management experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience in administering ECC, S4HANA, BW4HANA, and SAP PO systems.
Knowledge of database administration in SAP HANA and Oracle, including performance tuning.
Working knowledge in SAP Security Hardening and performance tuning of SAP systems.
Experience in system copy, system refresh, and DB refreshes.
Expertise in designing, implementing, and managing business continuity solutions such as clustering and HA/DR failover solutions for SAP landscapes.
Hands-on experience with SAP-supported operating systems at an administration level.
Design and implement services on SAP BTP, manage BTP subaccounts, entitlements, and service instances, set up and configure SAP Cloud Connector and connectivity to on-premise systems.
