Your Role

Lead SAP Basis administration for S/4 HANA systems with a strong focus on BODS and SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN)
Perform SAP ABAP & JAVA system troubleshooting and performance tuning
Execute SAP installations and upgrades using SUM and SWPM
Manage system refreshes and client copy activities across SAP landscapes
Administer and optimize databases such as HANA, ASE, MAXDB, SQL, or Oracle
Monitor and tune database performance for at least one supported DB platform
Integrate and support additional SAP components including PO, FIORI, and Content Server
Handle incident and service request management in alignment with SLAs
Ensure high-quality documentation and effective communication across teams
Coordinate overlapping maintenance activities and manage stakeholder interactions

Your Profile

6 to 12 years of experience in SAP Basis administration with hands-on expertise in BODS and SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN)
Strong experience in SAP ABAP & JAVA stack troubleshooting, system installation and upgrades using SUM/SWPM, database administration and tuning (HANA/ASE/MAXDB/SQL/Oracle), and system refresh/client copy processes
Exposure to additional SAP products such as PO, FIORI, or Content Server
Proficient in incident/service request handling and SLA adherence
Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills
