About the Role We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented SAP Business One Functional Consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP B1 implementation and support. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of SAP Business One modules and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions. You will work closely with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality SAP B1 implementations and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities Analyze client business processes and gather functional requirements. Perform gap analysis and propose SAP Business One solutions. Configure and implement SAP B1 modules including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and MRP. Participate in end-to-end SAP B1 implementations, including blueprinting, UAT, go-live, and post-go-live support. Prepare and maintain functional documentation such as BRD, FSD, SOPs, and user manuals. Provide user training and functional support to end users. Support data migration activities using DTW and validate data accuracy. Develop and support standard and custom reports using Query Generator / basic SQL. Coordinate with technical consultants for custom developments, integrations, and add- ons. Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend process improvements. Required Skills & Experience Strong functional knowledge of SAP Business One. Hands-on experience with Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Production/MRP modules. Experience in SAP B1 implementation and support projects. Knowledge of Query Generator, DTW, and standard reporting tools. Basic understanding of HANA / MS SQL databases. Good communication skills and client-handling experience. Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.

Preferred Qualifications SAP Business One certification. Experience with SAP B1 add-ons and third-party integrations. Manufacturing, Trading, or Service industry exposure. Experience in multi-company and multi-currency environments. Strong documentation and process-mapping skills.
