Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ABAP Developer with extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA and Advanced ABAP to work across support, implementation, and migration projects. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing S/4HANA-compliant solutions using Object-Oriented ABAP, CDS Views, AMDP, and HANA-optimized Open SQL, while adhering to SAP clean core principles and industry best practices.

This role requires close collaboration with functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions, handle custom code remediation during ECC to S/4HANA migrations, support production issues, and participate in UAT, cutover, and post-go-live activities. Candidates must be willing to join and work from Tirupathi. Experience in OData services, RAP, SAP Fiori/UI5, and mentoring junior developers is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ABAP solutions on S/4HANA
• Create and optimize CDS Views with annotations and HANA-optimized Open SQL
• Implement AMDP (SQLScript) for performance-critical and data-intensive requirements
• Develop and consume OData services (SEGW / RAP)
• Build and maintain RICEF objects according to S/4HANA standards
• Perform SPAU/SPDD, ATC checks, and custom code adaptation during migration projects
• Implement Enhancements (BAdIs, Enhancement Framework, enhancement points)
• Handle production support, issue resolution, and performance tuning
• Support UAT, system upgrades, and migration activities
• Collaborate with functional teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Education
