As a Lead SAP Advisory Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will have the opportunity to lead SAP advisory consulting engagements in Sourcing and Procurement transformation. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading SAP Ariba project team during implementation and rollouts in Sourcing and Procurement transformation. - Managing client relationships, primarily with middle-management, and driving consensus on complex business solutions. - Working closely with business process owners to analyze core business processes, conduct as-is/to be assessments, perform fit-gap analysis and requirement gathering, map them to SAP business process framework, and identify customization requirements. - Driving process improvements and providing recommendations for the enhancement of processes and tools to be utilized. - Preparing documents and presentations as per Capgemini and Customer Standards. - Coordinating and executing all phases of the project including estimating, component selection, design, and after implementation support. - Managing small teams and/or working as an individual contributor. Your profile should include: - Being part of an ARIBA On demand implementation from end to end, with on-premise implementation experience as an add-on. - Strong functional knowledge of SAP Ariba Solutions including Sourcing, Contract management, P2P, and Guided buying. - Hands-on implementation experience of SAP Ariba solutions Upstream or Downstream, having both is an add-on. - Strong integration knowledge with ERP systems including Master data, Transfer of documents, and reporting. - Proficiency in Procurement processes. - Knowledge and experience in process consulting, business blueprinting, fit-gap assessment, solution design, configurations, testing, and deployment for SAP Ariba. - Familiarity with SAP Ariba specific innovations and solution architecture. - Overview knowledge of all cross-functional integrations including Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Controlling. - Experience with CIG, and interface to SAP and non-SAP systems. - Preferable certification in SAP Ariba. - Experience with delivering projects in agile methodology.
