Job Description

Role Overview: As a Lead SAP advisory consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will be responsible for driving Sourcing and Procurement transformation engagements. You will lead SAP Ariba project teams during implementation and rollouts, manage client relationships, and collaborate closely with business process owners to analyze core processes and identify customization requirements. Your role will also involve driving process improvements, preparing documents and presentations, and managing project phases. Key Responsibilities: - Lead SAP advisory consulting engagements in Sourcing and Procurement transformation - Lead SAP Ariba project team during implementation and rollouts in Sourcing and Procurement transformation - Manage client relationships and drive consensus on complex business solutions - Analyze core business processes, conduct fit-gap analysis, and requirement gathering - Drive process improvements and provide recommendations for improvement - Prepare documents and presentations as per Capgemini and Customer Standards - Coordinate and execute all phases of the project including estimating, design, and after implementation support - Manage small teams and/or work as an individual contributor Qualifications Required: - Experience in ARIBA On demand implementation from end to end - Strong functional knowledge of SAP Ariba Solutions: Sourcing, Contract management, P2P, Guided buying - Hands-on implementation experience of SAP Ariba solutions: Upstream or Downstream - Strong integration knowledge with ERP system including Master data, Transfer of documents, and reporting - Proficiency in Procurement processes and experience in process consulting, solution design, configurations, testing, and deployment for SAP Ariba - Familiarity with SAP Ariba specific innovations and solution architecture - Overview knowledge of cross-functional integrations including Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Controlling - Experience with CIG, and interface to SAP and non-SAP systems - Preferable certification in SAP Ariba and experience with agile methodology Additional Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner with a diverse team of 340,000 members in more than 50 countries.
