Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design efficient production planning and scheduling processes using SAP PPDS; identify process improvements and recommend best practices.
Configure, implement, and support SAP PPDS solutions, including Heuristics, Optimization, Detailed Scheduling strategies, and CIF. Strong knowledge of CIF and its role in master data and transaction data transfer. Knowledge on ECC-PP Master data (PV s, BOM s, Routing s, Work centre s) and APO Master data setup (Setup Matrix, planning parameters, parallel processing). Handle configurations like Planning board, DS board, profiles, PPDS Subcontracting process, Alerts configuration. Document test results, configuration changes, and system design for knowledge sharing. Conduct workshops, SIT/UAT testing, user training, and support Hypercare. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with MM, PP, and assist in data migration. Manage deliverables within timelines and work with project teams for successful implementation.
