Job Description

Role Overview

SAP Admin & Support professional

Key Responsibilities

Provide
end-user support
for SAP-related issues across modules.
Act as the
first point of contact
for SAP incidents, change requests, and system issues.
Coordinate with
SAP implementation and support partners
for issue resolution, enhancements, and upgrades.
Monitor SAP system performance, user access, authorizations, and basic security.
Support
master data management
, transaction issues, and reporting requirements.
Assist in
SAP enhancements, rollouts, and testing (UAT)
activities.
Prepare documentation, SOPs, and provide user training where required.
Ensure minimal downtime and smooth SAP operations aligned with plant and business needs.

Key Requirements

410 years of experience in
SAP Admin / SAP Support
roles.
Hands-on experience supporting SAP in
manufacturing or chemical industry
preferred.
Strong coordination skills with
implementation partners and internal stakeholders
.
Good understanding of SAP business processes.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to work closely with plant, operations, and corporate teams.
