Sap Abap Technical Team Lead

Role & responsibilities

- Within the SAP Ecosystem Department, the SAP ABAP Developer will be part of the SAP Technical pole.

The SAP Ecosystem Department supports SAP implementation and roll-out projects as well as regular application maintenance activities.

He/she will participate to the missions of the department : analyze business requirements, implement and support SAP solutions suiting business needs and following SAP standards and best practices. He/she will design, develop and tests ABAP objects following SAP standards and best practices, and ensuring quality and one-time delivery of ABAP Developments.

1. Work directly with functional consultants to implement, maintain and support key software solutions using SAP ABAP developement tools

2. Provide support for these solutions and own developments

3. Proactively reach out with business contacts and peer developers

4. Must understand the business context of requirements develop solutions accordingly and will require frequent interaction with support team members.

5. Build trust-based relationships with your colleagues and clients

6. Involved in creation of test scripts, test execution and assisting users for user acceptance testing

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 15 years of SAP Fullstack Developper experience.

Minimum 3 Implementations

Be the expert in new ABAP, ABAP on HANA and Fiori technologies,

Strong experience in code pushdown techniques : CDS and AMDP

Strong Experience with SAP UI technologies

Web UI programming skills (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Jquery, JSON, XML).

Delivery of SAP Standard as well as custom Fiori / SAP UI5 applications.

Fiori Elements with annotations

versioning & maintenance of SAP UI5.

Good experience on Rapid Application Development and CAPM.

Experience with SAP Netweaver Gateway Integration and Configuration of Fiori Launchpad

Customization of launchpad and theming

Good knowledge in SD, MM, FI, HR, PP & EWM process flows

MVC architecture.

Relevant Certification would be an added advantage

Exposure to Ticketing Tool like Service Now is an added advantage.

SAP Project Methodologies for Implementation, Roll-Out and AMS projects
