SAP ABAP Proficient

Requirements

Developing ABAP solutions as per the design document requirements (workflow and PI for interfaces)

Knowledge and understanding of SAP Fiori and S/4 HANA is an added advantage

Participate in complex code reviews and provide feedback

ABAP Webdynpro Model generation (RFC, Web Services), Internal/External Context Mapping, Eventing, Navigation, Adaptive RFC, Custom Comps, Interfaces, Usage, Net Weaver Development Interface (NWDI Tracks, SCs, DCs) and optionally Floor Plan Manager (FPM)

Involvement in project work for various SAP modules

Cooperation with portal development team

ABAP support for SAP implementation in European countries

Interacting with the Architects, Analysts and other IT delivery teams to understand the functional requirements

Developing and implementing changes/enhancements using ABAP technology for BAU and small change aligned to SAP standard

Responsibilities

4 years of hands-on experience in ABAP development in at least SAP

At least intermediate in German language is a MUST (and the willingness to improve/learn German language within the next 6-12 months)

Strong ability to workindependently and manage one s time, , being a collaborative teammember

Experience in developing ALV reports, Forms, interfaces, enhancements

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearnace

Provide training to other developers lead workshops and knowledge transfer

Design ideal schedules that guarantee agents being present at appropriate times so coverage is ensured.

Optimize the workforce in order to satisfy targets and metrics.

Determine proper headcount.

Evaluate staff coverage.

Forecast workload so internal customers have a standpoint of upcoming periods.

Maximize the time usage and the resources.

Interact with the RTA in order to give a better follow up to the schedule adherence.

Deliver performance reports.

Work inside and out the eWFM tool.

Determine proper headcount

Build and present Business Reviews

Create and lead RCA

Lead Implement Process Improvement projects

Create and follow-up career plans for the team members

Evaluate team performance

Follow-up on backlog reports
