Requirements

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant to design, develop, and enhance HR-related ABAP solutions across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors landscapes. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in ABAP HR development, payroll integration, and employee data replication, with the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned to SAP best practices.SAP ABAP & HR Technical Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP HR development.

• Strong expertise in:

• ABAP programming, Data Dictionary, Function Modules

• Smart Forms, Adobe Forms

• User Exits and BAdIs

• BAPIs and RFCs

• Hands-on experience with OOABAP and modern ABAP 7.4+ syntax.

• Experience working with logical databases (PNP/PNPCE) and HR payroll processing.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
