Job Description

Job Title:

SAP ABAP HR Consultant

Experience:

6 10 years

Location:

PAN India

We are looking for an experienced

SAP HCM ABAP Consultant

with strong technical expertise in HCM module development and customization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in report development, payroll cluster reading, and enhancement techniques, along with a solid understanding of core HCM submodules.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop custom reports using
Logical Databases (LDBs)
in SAP HCM.
Work with
Payroll
and
Time Management
data, including reading payroll/time results from cluster tables.
Perform
enhancements
,
function modules
,
operations
, and
features
development within HCM.
Create and enhance
Infotypes
in
Personnel Administration (PA)
and
Organizational Management (OM)
.
Develop and maintain
Workflows
and
Web Dynpro
applications.
Collaborate with functional teams to deliver solutions across
PA
,
OM
,
PY
, and related areas.
Optimize code performance and follow best practices in ABAP development.
Support and troubleshoot custom HCM developments.

Required Technical Skills:

ABAP Expertise:
Data Dictionary, Dialog Programming, ALV Reporting, BDCs, BAPIs, RFCs, BADIs, User Exits, Open SQL, and Performance Tuning.
OOABAP
proficiency.
Experience with
IDocs
and integrations.
Hands-on experience in
Web Dynpro
and
Workflow Programming
.
Basic understanding of
HCM Processes and Forms
(preferred but not mandatory).
Strong analytical and debugging skills.
