Develop and customize SAP ABAP programs, reports, forms, interfaces, and enhancements for HR modules (like PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll).
Collaborate with HR functional consultants to gather and analyze requirements.
Design technical specifications and implement solutions in line with SAP best practices.
Perform unit testing, debugging, and support for production issues.
Optimize performance of existing HR programs and interfaces.
Maintain technical documentation of developed solutions.
Support SAP upgrades, patches, and integration with other modules.
Ensure compliance with company standards and SAP guidelines.
Experience in developing reports, user exits, BAPIs, workflows, and forms.
Good understanding of SAP HR data structures.
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
