Role: SAP HCM ABAP Developer

Location: PAN India

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM ABAP Developer to design, develop, and support custom solutions in the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) module. The ideal candidate should have expertise in ABAP programming, including reports, enhancements, forms, workflows, and interface development within SAP HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ABAP Development:

Develop, test, and implement custom ABAP programs, reports, user exits, BAdIs, and enhancements specific to SAP HCM.

Create ALV reports, SmartForms, and SAPScript for HR-related documents.

2. SAP HCM Modules:

Work on Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), and Benefits (BN).

Customize Infotypes, Schemas, and PCRs using ABAP.

3. Enhancements Interfaces:

Implement BAPIs, BDCs, RFCs, and IDOCs for data integration between SAP and third-party systems.

Develop and maintain HR-Forms, Payslips, and Employee-related reports.

4. Workflow Data Migration:

Develop and support SAP HCM Workflows for approval processes.

Perform LSMW, BDC, and other data migration techniques for HR data loads.

5. Performance Optimization:

Debug and optimize existing SAP HCM ABAP code for better performance and maintainability.

Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and coding standards.

6. Collaboration & Support:

Work closely with functional SAP HCM consultants to understand business requirements.

Provide technical support for issue resolution and enhancements in SAP HR systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Expertise:

Strong experience in SAP ABAP programming for SAP HCM.

Hands-on experience with BAPIs, BDC, ALV, SmartForms, and SAPScript.

Experience with HR-specific enhancements (User Exits, BADIs, HR-Forms).

SAP HCM Domain Knowledge:

Understanding of Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), and Time Management (TM).

Knowledge of Payroll Schemas, PCRs, and Infotype configurations.

Integration & Workflow:

Experience with IDOCs, RFCs, and Web Services for third-party integrations.

Knowledge of SAP HCM Workflows and their customization.

Debugging & Performance Optimization:

Ability to analyze and debug SAP HCM programs.

Optimize existing code and database queries for better performance.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
