Job Description

SAP HR ABAP Consultants

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and enhance
SAP HR ABAP applications
(PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management).
Work with
HR Logical Databases (PNP, PCH)
and
HR Macros
to build reports and solutions.
Develop and enhance
Infotypes, Reports, Interfaces, Smartforms, SAP Scripts, and ALV Reports
.
Implement
Enhancements, BADIs, Object-Oriented ABAP, Dialog Programming
.
Develop and maintain
integration/interfaces
with external (non-SAP) systems.
Participate in
end-to-end implementations
and provide support for complex issues.
Collaborate with
functional teams
to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Prepare
technical specifications, unit testing, and end-user documentation
.

Required Skills:

5-9 years of
SAP HR ABAP
development experience.
Strong knowledge of
Payroll, PA, OM, Infotypes, HR FM/BAPIs
.
Hands-on with
Enhancement Framework, BADIs, Object-Oriented ABAP, Dialog Programming
.
Experience with
Smartforms, SAP Scripts, Interfaces, Interactive Reports
.
Minimum
2 full-cycle implementations
preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
